Feel like I’d rather have permanent residents in apartments there but a hotel also works (close to convention center, we are still short on hotel rooms, etc.).
Would love for this part of downtown to get some life back in it. Great building too.

Guess this makes sense. That corner on 7th and Race is half hotels now too.
