It’s about time. I’d love to see a small, practical, cheap vehicle with a relatively short range. Something like that would be perfect for a daily commute pretty much everywhere.

Maybe trying it as a test market and if it works there then roll out more widely. Used to be a pretty common way for Japanese companies to operate.

They would just slay the competition with a $24k Tesla in North America. Every other manufacturer could just pack up shop.
