Wouldn’t it make more sense to refuel the jet? Jets can fly on their own power right?
If only there were an explanation in the link.
Maybe that jet is broken, and can’t fly until they fix it. Maybe it was stuck somewhere they couldn’t maintain it, or didn’t have a runway for it to take off from.
In this case, it’s a prototype jet, is missing the engine, and is being relocated to another state.
Jets can fly on their own power right?
Hopefully someday, but for now they still need the helicopter to fly.
