I only discovered this recently and binged it so that might explain things but I’m a little let down by this chapter. It feels like nothing really happened, it introduces one of the targets and neutralizes him effortlessly, which is especially odd as the start of a new volume. Well I’m still looking forward to more.
Agreed, this is probably the weakest chapter as of yet. Considering there should only be four more chapters, it’s quite disappointing.
