Wow. The law practically prevents most homeless people from voting and allows officials an excuse to strike anyone they feel like from the voter rolls as long as it’s not more than 45 days before the election.

And this is the guy who wouldn’t help Trump falsify an election win.

He wouldn’t help trump find votes. Doesn’t mean he wouldn’t systematically prevent votes from being counted, as long as that’s legal of course. Morals, ya know?

    • Defined “probable causes” for removing voters from the rolls, such as death, registering in another jurisdiction, primary residence tax exemptions elsewhere, or a non-residential address.
    • Allowed voter roll challenges up to 45 days before an election, which might conflict with federal laws regarding systematic changes within 90 days of a federal election.
    • Required homeless people to use county voter registration offices as their address.
    • Removed the Secretary of State from the ex-officio spot on the State Election Board.
    • Stopped the use of QR codes for counting ballots from July 1, 2026, moving instead to text or human-readable marks.
    • Mandated counties to report all absentee ballot results within an hour after polls close.
    • Permitted the use of paper ballots in elections with fewer than 5,000 registered voters starting in 2025.
