Found this artist Min Jae Cucheoo today on Deviant Art and really liked their style. They use tons of light sources on their pieces giving them a really developed look. You can check out the rest of their work here!

So I poked around a bit and found out more. Turns out Min Jae Cucheoo finds other artists work and cuts out their background making them PNG’s but they also fully credit the original artists. This piece was done by an artist that posts on pixiv.net and Twitter. Hard to make out too much info because my Japanese is the worst. Links below!
