    I don’t think housing is going to get more affordable without government intervention at this point. The market has been too far captured by people trying to exploit it for profit.

        Prices were still coming down, the bottom seemed to be around 2012, but yes still a great time to buy compared to now.

    The only reason to support Trump is that he will fuck the market so hard the rates will tank (like last time at the end of his term) and start a recession that would probably cause the housing market to crash.

      Supporting Trump to make anything affordable is like supporting PETA to save the lives of animals. Thats not what they are about and they are very much known for doing the opposite and proudly so.
