This is an anti-union stance. They are in your head.

The fact that you felt the need to dig into my post history over this thread really speaks to my point.

People who cannot self evaluate their head cannon are useful idiots.

Yes. I am the cause of your anti union thinking.

It’s a good thing you managed to make this about me so you wouldn’t have to reflecting on your thinking.

Cool story. You think doctors shouldn’t unionize, that’s anti union. Everyone should be in a union. Your little life story doesn’t change that reality. It simply explains why you cling to this flawed notion; it allows you to be over confident in your assessment.

Whatever head cannon you have stuck up in your little snowflake brain (see I can be condescending too!) needs to be dislodged. Doctors unions exist and are not a sign of anything but people who are smart enough to recognize the power of unions. I am sorry to hear your father was not this smart.

I don’t know how this is directly relevant, but I feel like sharing. I have a childhood friend that is an ER doc here in US. He tells vents to me about work bullshit every time I see him. The vast majority comes from selfish decisions made by hospital administration. They truly couldn’t care less about people/patients. Their only goal is to maximize revenue and limit expenditures. As far as I can tell, the only reason the system hasn’t collapsed is because doctors personally take on the ethical responsibility to make sure patients are treated properly. It’s scary because if you get a doctor that is having a bad day or high in psychopathy, you’re in danger. As a patient, you have no way of knowing if that is the case.
