N/m, I missed that you could target yourself. Thought it was two opponents at first.
In terms of his p/t I guess, but it also puts 19 power on your board for 9 mana so…
It puts up to 4 2/2 which get +3/2 so 4 5/4s plus being a 9/9 so it’s 29 power for 9 mana
Up to two target players, so you can only give yourself 19 max.
Oh, I was thinking you manifest all of the cards under your control for some reason… I don’t know why…

And draws 2 cards, or 4 if you give your opponent a pair of 2/2s as well.
Indeed. So really by no measure is this guy weak even compared to other titans.
