eBay “Buy It Now” purchases are permitted only if the seller is a nationally recognized business (ie TigerDirect) or has a significant user rating, ie 50,000+ sales with a 90%+ rating. There must also be a large available quantity, ideally 99+.

Unless it is a generic site-wide coupon (i.e. 30% off at Kohls), the price must be included in the post title. If the sale is for a product line, the price range must be included (i.e. Nike shoes on sale $40-$60).
