Even as the resident horny perv, I feel like the rules for female sports wear are very exploitative…
I don’t disagree - equivalent designs I don’t think would be found on male athletes (the lack of fabric might be more aerodynamic?). That being said male gymnasts do wear lycra that is extremely tight fitting which does emphasise the person’s manhood.
