While humanoid robots are a staple of science fiction (Asimov even justified their rapid growth by suggesting that the humanoid form would allow them to easily leverage human equipment), I personally think they are not very practical.
I would not trust any ethical system developed with the approval of the CCP; be it for robots or toilet plungers.
- A robot will strive to protect the Correct Socialist-with-Chinese-Characteristics party.
- A robot will obey the person it was sold to, unless this conflicts with rule 1.
- A robot will strive to protect its own existence unless this conflicts with rule 1 or 2.
Secret rule, to go with with Asimov’s literary world:
- A robot may not harm Xi Jinping or through inaction allow Xi Jinping to come to harm.
