This seems strong. Coming down on 1 is very good, and the redraw can help it feel like it’s not setting you back too far on your draws. If I’m in 3 colors, this definitely counts for my mama fixing.
Edit: Mana, not Mama. Phone keyboards are awful for multitasking between caring for family members and reading MtG spoilers.
It’s basically a very slightly front-loaded Traveler’s Amulet. It would still cost you the same amount of mana to get the land right away.

Agreed, but Traveler’s Amulet is great! Plus, if you don’t mind drawing the card manually, this is good as an artifact to sacrifice for other effects.
