    Noow they called layoff as “round”.

    What best practices is this ? When do mass layoff become a thing ? Now full time job is as unstable as contractor.

      I’ve heard “rounds” used with layoffs as far back as 2008. Without a solid union full time jobs have always been unstable.

      Yea and working for large company about as stable as a small company
