Kevlar line is tough enough to be used as a friction saw. It can cut through a tree! It can also carry a stupid amount of weight for such a thin diameter. I used a 1.6 mm diameter line with 400 lbs strength.

I decided to keep this bracelet to 5 ft for jobs that don’t require lots of cordage, but you can make it any length.

Note: Kevlar can’t be melted, so knotting the ends is required to prevent fraying.
