Romaine heart split in 2, tomato, croutons, bacon, parm, salsa ranch dressing. With a little fresh mixed fruit salad on the side, apple, strawberry, blueberries.

Looks good, but unless you take the romaine heart apart you can’t properly wash off the dirt.
It’s split and the end is removed ran under water and scrubbed. Never had any issues.
FFS. Why waste the lettuce? If you want an excuse to ladle ranch dressing into your face, no one’s looking. 😶
