    I think the word they’re looking for is “passage”, it’s called a “rite of passage”.

      Also, I don’t think they understand that ‘rite’ is a ritual and ‘right’ is an allowance.

        Though this isn’t their intent, rite actually makes more sense for this stuff. They try to use words as spells and mysticism to subvert laws by performing rites.

    So looking at this from a logical point of view let’s say you could actually do this considering the weight of a vehicle wouldn’t that be like over $5,000 worth of stamps.

    Edit: I would think that would completely negate the entire reasoning behind this also USPS is United States postal service which is owned by the United States government so…
