Ugh, I own a $40,000 CAD (net price) EV from 2019 and I’ve been looking at new ones. The prices have gotten out of control, they seemed to be headed in the right direction by 2020 but its been all up ever since. The mini cooper electric went from 36$ to $44, the fiat 500e is $43, the bolt went up to $45,and at 6% rates, whew. Every time I take a look the F150 is $10,000 off with 2% financing, but never anything on an EV.
