Should I infuse one of my current wands or should I wait and infuse a different want later? Edit: Nevermind I won the run but accidentally spammed the button and didn’t ascend.

I believe infusing transfusion would bump your staff one more level to +3. (I’m not sure tho! I get hazy on the math for this at +3 I could be mistaken)

One of the mage’s talents is (at +3?) 100% chance to recover an infused wand from the staff at +0 when infusing a new wand.

So if I’m not mistaken above, you can upgrade your staff one level with Transfusion, and then infuse Corruption or Regrowth to use at +3

You have a Chalice already and no allies, so transfusion isn’t terribly useful until the Prison and Demon Halls levels. You could sacrifice its level and play a Druid run, or if you pull the Corpse Dust quest from the wandmaker consider a Necromancer run.

Personally I’d wait until you get to to Wandmaker, and if you haven’t already, put some talent points into that Infusion talent

The problem is that you will then get your wand of transfusion back with no upgrades, since that talent returns wands at +0
