Are there any formats where cards like this will become legal with MB2?
I think only the usual Commander/Legacy/Vintage style formats
They’re only legal in the draft event you pull them in, and at the kitchen table.

White borders/future borders are just a thing they’re doing in this Mystery Booster
Is it just an alternate version, or will all copies of this card in Mystery Boosters be white-bordered?
Not sure, they haven’t revealed enough to for us to tell
