My work is vetting software which will monitor employee activity and then use AI (read: LLMs and if-statements) to categorize and rank employees. My company has a history of not informing employees of major decisions (layoffs, lack of bonuses) so I imagine this too will fly under the radar. Anyone aware of https://dtexsystems.com and their software? Curious what ethical issues arise with this too. Anyway, this is just more smoke on the wind so resume is updated. #ai #bigbrother #corporate #lame
