    I hate that they equate a null hypothesis to failure. The experiment was as far from a failure as I can imagine - it just got results very different from those they expected.

      Also… can you imagine how boring it would be if we never got a null hypothesis like this? These unexpected results are exactly what makes doing science exciting!
