    I hadn’t thought of it for that use specifically but makes sense.

    I’ve dropped acid probably about 20-25 times over the past 10 years and it has always completely obliterated my anxiety while tripping, and the day after. My friend said he feels the same way. Microdosing acid using the Fadiman (?) Protocol for about 2-3 weeks helped me break a cycle of rumination that I had been stuck in for years, therapy didn’t help. I try to drop a few hits (around 150-400 uG) at least once a year because I feel it definitely helps to push the “reset button”.

    I haven’t done shrooms in like 15+ years, largely because I hate eating them and Psilocin extract is harder to come by.

      Have you tried it? There’s been parts of my experiences with it that could be described like that
