🇬🇧🇮🇹 British tech magnate Mike Lynch has gone missing after the superyacht Bayesian sank off the coast of Sicily.
Morgan Stanley International Chairman Jonathan Bloomer and his wife are among those missing in the yacht crash off the coast of Italy.
The vessel was caught in a severe storm on the morning of August 19. Of the 22 people on board, 15 survived, including Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares.
Mike Lynch, one of the founders of Autonomy, is known as the “British Bill Gates.” In June, a U.S. court acquitted him of 15 counts of fraud that were brought after the sale of Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard in 2011.
Rescuers are also looking for billionaire Mike Lynch’s lawyer Christopher Morvillo and his wife. Lynch, known as the “British Bill Gates,” invited family and friends to the yacht to celebrate his victory over fraud charges in the United States. Lynch himself and his 18-year-old daughter are also among the missing.

🇬🇧🇮🇹 Rescuers have found the bodies of British multimillionaire Michael Lynch and his daughter among those killed in a yacht crash off Sicily.
Lynch was one of the founders of Autonomy, which was later bought by tech giant Hewlett-Packard for $11 billion.

Experts have confirmed that the following people died in the sailing vessel crash: Chairman of the Board of Directors of one of the world’s largest investment banks Morgan Stanley International Jonathan Bloomer, his wife Judy, British high-tech millionaire Michael Lynch, lawyer at British firm Clifford Chance Chris Morvillo and his wife Neda.
