The remastered version basically just fixed the same issues that DDBR2SotAotRCotOHDTFix fixed, so it if you played the original with DDBR2SotAotRCotOHDTFix installed, then you already got the full experience.

Normally I’d agree, but in the remaster they nerfed the Feral Royal Skeleton Wheel Brainsucker Revenant Ghrus. I hate those guys.
