Very perceptive!
It’s nyx. 3 tor data rates juxtaposed. Some discernible difference between the top couple and the bottom one. But if someone is sniffing with Wireshark, it will all be tor encrypted packets. The only difference its data up/down bandwidth. That does not say much.
