      I usually see people who can comfortably save and invest as middle class. If you can only barely save or are paycheck to paycheck you would be working poor.

    I would be interested in knowing more specifically who she considers “middle class”. The definition from the 50’s no longer describes anyone.

    I think the MAGA movement has convinced itself they are all upper class, or at least temporarily embarrassed millionaires.

        And saying “middle class” instead of “working class” gives a bit less ammunition for those in on the right who want to use “socialist” as a smear.

        And without giving the Dems a majority on both houses, let alone the super majority that’s actually needed for fundamental changes!
