    Peanut butter cheesecake. Peanuts are a common allergen, and I am all for inclusive cheesecakes.

        The chocolate one would require a special permit. Not because of the chocolate, but because of the layers.

          So is plain or strawberry the next one to have barriers to access built in?

            You need the permit for concealed carry of layers. The strawberry layer is clearly visible, making it open carry, which is fine.
