Looks at Drug Trafficking - Hmm yes that is bad. Sounds like the kind of thing the Mafia would do. Illegal Rubbish Dumping - Um … I guess that warrants a stern letter to council. Perhaps a better way legally to address a body wrapped in carpet being thrown into a natural water source. Yeah ok. Perhaps at a stretch. Other activities - What?! The study couldn’t possibly list other illicit activities that made them money. Making hits? Thefts? Protection money? Tax dodginess? Kidnapping?

Or perhaps threatening study group to make it’s final report paint a picture of the Mafia being akin to a few rapscallion kids stealing newspapers from people’s porches.
