Simple, yet very informative. As a guy, I knew that women went through a lot while dealing with their period, but this illustrated a lot more than what I learned growing up.

As a professional husband for 20 + years and open minded father of several daughters (that tell me something too much) I just have to underline one thing: not everyone has the same cycles idk, it’s informative of course and everything in this regard is good (in my mind the period should be discussed much more often, but what do I know) but something in me twitches when everyone is generalized, just saying. It can be SO different.
