Nope. Never beat it. A classic though.
I spent many happy hours lying on the lounge floor playing this game with my dad. It felt like a real team effort solving all the puzzles together, but I’m sure he was probably playing dumb to let me work things out! Happy days :D
I’m playing ZELDA with my little daughter now, and I’m not gonna lie, some of her ideas concerning where to go, or what to do are quite clever.
With that in mind: it might be, that at least some of things you suggested to your Dad weren’t entirely predicted and expected. 😉
That might well be, I’m also surprised at how fast my kids figure out solutions on the Nintendo, they are even starting to beat me now! So maybe the older generations have always been a bit slow! B
