The Ocean is clearly planning an invasion using the Global Warming tactic, let’s see how Netherlands combats this.

We just finished upgrading the Afsluitdijk to new height and width, and the delta works had an upgrade a couple of years ago.

The only flooding that ever happens is when the enemy launches an unexpected paradrop behind our lines.

the scheme remains a thought experiment … too “extreme” to be pursued.

The crazy thing is that the Dutch (or the people who lived in what is now the Low Countries) were winning that war pretty handily until like eight thousand years ago. Then they lost Doggerland to the sea.

Their descendants remember, though. The Dutch will rise again.

Yeah, they’ve been slowly gaining ground, but the North Sea’s got things in the works to really sink thsm.

Meanwhile they’re looking at the Northern European Enclosure Dam, that would completely dam the North Sea. The battle continues.

I just read about that. Seems that project is more like a way to say look how ridiculous this is we need to stop climate change.

Which is more irritating to the owners of the North Sea right now: The North Sea or Russian destroyers?
