Given that she’s still alive, does that mean she works for the cartels or does that mean the cartels have determined she’s not a threat? From everything I’ve read the only real remaining power in Mexico is the cartels, and I honestly don’t even know how accurate that is because no one I know has actually been in Mexico in the last 5 years or so
The fact that she is still alive means she is tolerated by the cartels
Can anyone in Mexico tell me if this is good or bad and why?
I guess it depends on who you ask…
It’s a continuation of the last president to the point of her being called a puppet but at the same time a lot of people are happy with that and a lot of people are not, it’s very polarized
