I think one issue will be that video hosting is expensive so finding an instance that offers this and is open for registration will be tricky.
Video hosting is expensive if a lot of people whatch your content, it might not be the case here as the audience would be much smaller, no?
Peertube doesn’t have as much traffic as YouTube but, last time I checked, a lot of instances were still only intermittently opening for new registrations. I think I sneaked onto a French one.
