    I’m nearing 30 and it hasn’t been raised since I started working… I don’t understand why so many people in the US are okay with our shit worker’s rights.

        I don’t mean why do people endure it, I mean why are so many OK with it. I know many people who think 15 days of PTO with no sick leave and a few free lunches is a company treating you well.
