After getting hit with a 4 a.m. emergency alert about a shooting hundreds of miles away from where they were sleeping, a lot of Texans were very pissed.

    I turned off all the alerts on my phone because I kept getting silver alerts. You would think a lost senior citizen alert would be on the amber alert tier, but they’re on the highest level world is going to end tier.
