    When they say climate change is going to cost trillions, this is what they mean. It’s going to be this kind of emergency every week for a long time.

    Who will pay the trillion dollars? Taxpayers, so there’s really no incentive for corporations and governments to take action, they won’t foot the bill either way, and actually stand to make more when resources are scarce.
