Pc Tom Phillips, 34, sent messages of an 'indecent, obscene or menacing character'

A Metropolitan Police officer has admitted sending “grossly offensive” messages of an “indecent, obscene or menacing character”.

Pc Tom Phillips, 34, from Croydon, south London, has been suspended from duty after sending five WhatsApp messages in breach of the Communications Act 2003 between April 8 and May 8, 2021.

      Because you want to be a predatory dickhead without getting caught?

      I mean, there’s plenty to object to with corporate media and invasions of privacy but that is the least important element of this story?
