Man, I bought a bunch of hand tools, including an old stanley planer, months ago with intent on getting into wood working and restoring old hand tools…
Still haven’t gotten around to even cleaning out my garage to make space for a workbench.
Looks great. Can’t wait til I get there too. I can only imagine how satisfying using a hand planer is.
I’m just starting woodworking, so that’s pretty relatable. I cleaned out a small area in my basement that I use as a small shop, and I’ve made a few projects so far, but nothing very notable yet.
got to start somewhere. Small projects will grow into bigger ones eventually.
I just realized those tools have probably been sitting in a pile in my garage for a year at this point. I really need to pass this professional exam I’ve been putting off so I can start focusing on stuff I actually want to do lol
