Honestly if Kyle Rittenhouse isn’t guilty of murder, this guy isn’t either. I don’t know why he can’t use the same argument about going there to protect life and property under threat by that CEO.
He could, but vague laws only benefit the rich. It would simply be dismissed or he gets suicided in jail before any decision is made in court.
Justifying death for the ruling class is easy when its the death of someone not in power.
