    Fuck that, ignore them and run the ac. Put in a call to the labor board claiming heat stroke while you’re at it.

    Turn it on anyway. If they say amything it’s an OSHA violation. Also, record your interactions with management so it is documented. If they can surveil you, you can surveil them.

    I’d like a little more background. I’ve worked construction in August Virginia heat, and we didn’t get A/C on our jobsite.
