    I might be a homer here but the talent these coaches brought in, especially on the defense, is more than enough see marked improvement this year. Not forecasting a top 20 defence, this is the PAC for Pete’s sake home of the leagues best QBs, but top 30-40? I’d put $$$ on it. USC not doing that (30-40)? I’d also put $$$ on.
