Probably the same places that give them the impression that “your body, my choice” is a remotely acceptable thing to say to another human being.
This guy is admitting how scared he is from being rejected and not only assumes those women will be equally affected but he looks forward to inflicting that harm on them. He is why they choose bear.
Apart from anything else, I love how he seems to think all the women he was on the site with last time are still there and are just as pathetically eternally single as he is.
