Misread that and thought it was just one car driven by an absolute menace.
There also no good picture and the article is terrible at describing why. But many other locations have problems like this. Usually there no stop sign/light or no speed bump, or a turn with no guard rail, etc which causes repeated accidents in the same locations.
Right? Throw a Google maps up there with an arrow, you lazy “journalist”. This is a city design issue that needs to be corrected, not a fun “hehe 30 times! clown spring noise rohroah! Laugh track”

The intersection appears to be this one: https://www.google.com/maps/place/NE+Weidler+%26+24th,+Portland,+OR+97232/@45.534265,-122.641283,13z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x5495a0cbddac982f:0x76b42bda29253e39!8m2!3d45.534265!4d-122.641283!16s%2Fg%2F1wf389_0?gl=us
It’s a poor traffic design for sure.
Not a great intersection, but its got to be a 25mph speed limit. And 15 before the T intersection. Should probably have some speed bumps on the road to keep people from speeding which is probably what the actual issue is. Also a flashing yellow might be a good idea especially at night.
