    I think it’s the flashback April fools episode and Homer thinks he’s been in the hospital for a few hours, but they say he’s been in for a number of weeks (I’m guessing 2) and they all laugh about it.

    I think Barts saying that he can only remember things for a brief period of time or something similarly serious and everyone just laughs it off.
