TIL that Kawasaki is a city and not just a motorcycle manufacturer.
It’s one of the 10 largest cities in Japan, it’s located right at the south of Tokyo.
Also Kawasaki is a common last name in Japan :)
And rent is cheaper ans its a bit more relaxed than Tokyo ;-)
It does look unkempt though.

The building is painted dark blue, but the paint chips off in a lot of places revealing another coat of light blue. The second and third stories are connected via a steel staircase on the outside of the building. On the roof of the building are a lot of smaller trees. Half of the grund floor has no front wall and is used as a garage / storage.
