    yall aren’t wrong in that alternatives are probably being visited but don’t forget that this sets a precedence. Most users will almost certainly go for path of least resistence and go to alternative/more unscrupulous sites.

    Tech savvy users, if they see the parallels with 1984 censorship and Sony’s anime monopoly/control of power, will probably go for the vpn route as it’ll be more reliable for the long game. As VPN’s are operating system agnostic and not too complicated would most not even consider this option? Hard to say but I wouldn’t rule it out.
