First of all, Israeli and Palestinian are both descendents of the Canaanites who lived all over the Mediterranean especially the levanth.
Secondly the Ottoman Empire was the first state that allowed Jews to immigrate from European persecution in the first place. The only reason Israel and it’s neighbors have problems is because Israels expansionist policies, and their treatment of Palestinians.
