A "life-threatening, destructive windstorm" is expected to hit Ventura and Los Angeles counties from Tuesday into Wednesday, the National Weather Service reported.

    How’s everyone doing so far?

    I took precautions yesterday out in Arcadia, and so far things have been fine, aside from all the dead leaves from a tree forming a humongous mound in my yard.

      The internet has been out since about 9 am this morning and my ISP just stopped giving any estimate at all about when it was going to be fixed 🥲

      The power was briefly out, maybe a couple of hours today and we’ve had a few power flickers but fortunately nothing more.

      And fortunately no fires too close to us, knock on wood.
