I wasn’t sure at first either, but:
THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE IS FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTED PARODY, REPRESENTS PERFORMANCE ART, AND IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
They were speculating it when the enron stuff came out recently that the birds aren’t real people were behind it.
